The Lewis Roca law firm in Glendale, CA is seeking a highly experienced Attorney (Partner-level) in Mergers & Acquisitions to join our growing corporate practice. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to bring their existing book of business and become an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle corporate transactions, with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions
- Utilize experience in equity financing (venture capital and private equity) and general corporate work
- Grow and expand upon current client base
- Provide strong leadership and contribute to the growth of our office

Requirements:
- Must have 8+ years of corporate transactional experience
- Admitted to the California bar or eligible for admission
- Portable book of business preferred
- Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada bar admission a plus

Compensation:
- Salary range for Income Partners is $275,000-$500,000
- Total compensation for Equity Partners varies
- Dependent on factors such as book of business, billable hours, and experience
