Sheppard Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP is seeking a mid-level Patent Litigator with 2-6 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property team in either their Silicon Valley or San Francisco office. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work on patent litigation matters for top clients in a collaborative and diverse environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work on patent litigation matters such as district court actions, inter partes reviews, and licensing negotiations
- Represent top clients in the tech industry, semiconductor companies, streaming companies, and Silicon Valley startups
- Foster teamwork and career development in a close-knit, casual office environment
- Receive training and career development assistance from senior lawyers in the practice
- Work in accordance with Sheppard Mullin's Return to Office policy and flexible working arrangements

Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of experience litigating intellectual property disputes
- Background in science and technology, ideally with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics
- Admitted to practice in California

Salary Information:
- Pay range of $235,000 to $390,000
