The Law Firm is looking for an experienced Trust and Estates Attorney to join our Private Client Services practice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of attorneys and assist clients in creating and revising their estate plans to ensure compliance with state and federal tax laws. Job Title: Trust and Estates Attorney
Location: Massachusetts (in-person role)
Salary: Commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and revise client estate plans to ensure compliance with state and federal tax laws
- Prepare and review state and federal estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns
- Collaborate with other attorneys to meet the goals and objectives of clients
- Stay updated on changes in estate planning and tax laws

Requirements:
- Admittance into the Massachusetts Bar
- Strong knowledge of estate planning
- Eagerness to learn and work with a team of attorneys
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior client service skills
