Law Firm Seeks Experienced Foreclosure Attorney in CT

The Role of Foreclosure Attorney at a Growing Law Firm in CT

- Represent the firm in Supreme, Surrogates, and Federal Court for foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy, and other default services matters
- Communicate with clients and investors to reach loss mitigation resolutions
- Supervise support staff and draft necessary documents
- Must have 4+ years of experience in Connecticut and be admitted to the bar
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Leadership qualities and ability to manage support staff
- Remote work is a possibility, but ideal candidate will be located in or near Stamford, CT
- Competitive compensation package and benefits offered

Salary Information: $100,000 per year

Job Title: Foreclosure Attorney - CT

Experience: 4+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in Connecticut

Responsibilities:

- Appear in Supreme, Surrogates and Federal Court to argue motions necessary for the successful completion of foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy, and other related default services matters
- Communicate with clients and investors to effectuate loss mitigation resolutions, where applicable
- Work with and oversee support staff
- Draft assigned documents which include, but are not limited to, settlement and release agreements, payoff and reinstatement letters, status letters and other related loss mitigation correspondence

Qualifications:

- Applicants must be admitted in Connecticut
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Leadership qualities, ability to manage support staff
- Eager to learn
- Independent worker
