Civil Litigation Attorney
The candidate to specialize in general litigation; civil experience required. Must have 1-3 years of experience together with the ability to draw up legal documents and manage and advise clients on legal matters. The duties of this position include presenting and summarizing cases to judges and juries, preparing legal briefs and opinions and examining legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting. This candidate must also have the ability to gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, analyze the probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents, interpret laws, rulings and regulations and negotiate settlements of civil disputes.
