This dynamic and growing team is part of the Real Estate + Development practice group and has opportunities available in the Boston, Hartford, or Providence office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, specifically in acquisitions and public and private financing. Experience with affordable housing tax credit transactions is a plus. Candidates should have a strong foundation in title and survey review, as well as drafting acquisition and loan documents. They should also work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

As part of the Real Estate + Development practice group, the Affordable Housing Development team works with both local and national developers on the creation and development of affordable housing. Robinson+Cole's attorneys are required to be admitted in the state where their primary office is located, and this position requires admission to the Massachusetts and/or Connecticut bar. Top academic and transactional credentials, as well as excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills are also required.
