Law Firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel to clients in a variety of trust and estate matters. You must be knowledgeable in areas such as estate planning, probate, taxes, and elder law. ## H1: Trusts & Estates Attorney Trusts & Estates Attorneys provide legal counsel to clients in a variety of trust and estate matters. They are knowledgeable in areas such as estate planning, probate, taxes, and elder law. Law Firm is looking for an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join their team. ## Job Responsibilities * Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney * Advising clients on tax planning strategies * Representing clients in trust and estate disputes * Preparing and filing tax returns * Representing clients in probate court proceedings * Assisting with the administration of trusts and estates * Advising clients on elder law matters ## Qualifications * . degree from an accredited law school * Admitted to practice in PA and/or NJ * 3+ years of experience in trust and estate planning * Knowledge of tax planning strategies * Understanding of probate and elder law * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload ## Salary and Benefits At Law Firm, we offer competitive salaries and benefits packages.
