The Position:

As an Insurance Coverage Associate at Rivkin Radler, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of attorneys who are dedicated to achieving the best results for our clients. This position is available in our Uniondale, New York City, or Albany office, and requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance coverage (not insurance defense).

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and write briefs and other legal documents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Participate in court proceedings and depositions
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex cases

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree and admission to the New York State Bar
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance coverage (experience preferred)
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

Hybrid Work Schedule:

- Minimum of 3 days a week in the office
- 2 days a week remote work
- Congenial and fast-paced work environment

Compensation:

The annualized salary range for this position is $115,000 to $145,000, with actual pay adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
