The Compliance Manager is responsible for managing foundational and strategic compliance responsibilities with consistent excellence that support the team and management.

Primary duties for this managing level position, with moderate to advanced complexity and broad/enterprise scale may include, but are not limited to:

• Managing projects, initiatives, regulatory audits or exams, internal audits, accreditations, on-site reviews, risk assessments, and conducting mock audits
• Establishing project plans, conducting gap analysis, and providing leadership updates
• Maintaining knowledge of laws, regulations, and company strategies to assess impact and consult with clients as a subject matter expert
• Conducting complex investigations, documenting findings, and ensuring corrective actions are taken
• Interfacing with external clients, regulators, vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders at a high level of management

Salary range: $89,460 - $127,800
Location: Hybrid workplace model with 1-2 days in office per week and remote work available
