Responsibilities:

- Join a highly skilled team of attorneys with substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels.
- Draft dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions and argue motions in court.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Engage in work with a productive and positive attitude.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills required.
- Must be a member in Good Standing of the Georgia Bar or admitted to and in Good Standing with another state's bar.

Qualifications:

- At least one year of litigation experience required.
- Strong ability to drive cases forward and provide a successful client experience.
- Skilled at drafting motions and arguing in court.
- Confident in taking and defending depositions.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Member in Good Standing of the Georgia Bar or admitted to and in Good Standing with another state's bar.
