Job Description:

- Seeking a Bilingual Pre-Litigation Attorney with litigation experience at an award-winning law firm
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish and able to effectively communicate medical and legal terms to clients in Spanish
- On-site, in office position
- Responsible for monthly case reviews, drafting and sending out vital correspondence and notices, reviewing demands with clients, resolving subrogation claims and liens, building and verifying client cases, researching and analyzing legal issues and documentation, maintaining client communication and negotiating settlements

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational, accuracy, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with multiple staff members
- Excellent attention to detail and a collegial, team-player demeanor
- 8+ years of experience in the personal injury field with knowledge of auto collisions, premises liability, and general negligence

Salary and Benefits:

- Compensation range of $110, to $175, per year
