Gutwein Law is looking for an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in due diligence, drafting of primary and ancillary transaction documents, and closing of mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. They should also have experience advising clients in matters of corporate governance, entity formation, and commercial issues.

The Corporate Attorney will be responsible for:

Leading, developing relationships with key contacts, and continuously advancing legal work and knowledge
Managing a high volume of clients and matters with exceptional organizational and time management skills
Exercising independent judgment and discretion with strong attention to detail
Demonstrating high moral character, hard-working mindset, and practical knowledge
Communicating effectively both internally with other team members and while advising clients

The successful candidate will be licensed to practice law in Indiana and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.

* The ability to manage a high volume of clients and matters with exceptional organizational and time management skills
* The capability to exercise independent judgment and discretion with strong attention to detail
* High moral character, hard-working mindset, and practical knowledge
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills
* A license to practice law in Indiana
