- Responsible for handling motor vehicle liability/trucking cases, including trial prep, depositions, settlements, and trials
- Support from separate team of pre-suit attorneys and case managers, as well as assistance from seasoned trial partners

- Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accidents involving trucking cases in and around Saint Louis, MO and parts of Illinois
- Drafting and filing litigation documents, guiding plaintiff clients through the case process, and interacting with expert witnesses
- Law degree from fully ABA accredited law school and active membership in good standing with State Bar Association (MO required, IL a plus)
- Ideally 4+ years of PI litigation experience, particularly in Trucking/motor vehicle/automobile liability/MVA
- Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases and take them to trial
- Excellent client service, communication, writing, and oral advocacy skills
