Qualifications: • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare regulatory matters. • Familiarity with key healthcare regulatory requirements, such as the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute. • Experience in HIPPA, healthcare privacy, data breach, Knox-Keene, digital health, telehealth, healthcare technology transactions, ACOs, and/or Medicare Direct Contracting Enterprise program is a plus. • Excellent communication, writing, research, and analytical skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate directly with clients. • Admitted to the bar in the state of application. • Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.
