Duties

DUTY 1: Researches and eliminates complex transaction errors generated at the shipping location (NSA-Tier 0), item management activity (CPSG-Tier I), and/or receiving field/user location (global Tier 2 sites).

DUTY 2: Provides guidance and training to COMSEC accounting team and performs accountability and management of accountable
cryptographic material.

DUTY 3: Assist the lead logistics manager of the Defense Sensitive Support Office for Air Staff directed classified program acting as the
Focal Point in all logistics and supply matters.

DUTY 4: Serves as advisor for the storage and issue of program specific hazardous cargo. Assist in the logistics support for the
stock, control and distribution of specialized assets for classified project.
Requirements
Conditions of Employment

The position requires certification to handle the transportation of hazardous materials. The position requires certification to load planning military aircrafts. . Citizenship Required All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period. If authorized, PCS will be paid IAW JTR and AF Regulations. If receiving an authorized PCS, you may be subject to completing/signing a CONUS agreement. Qualifications
This is a GG-11 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-11 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-11 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include knowledge of inventory management regulations, policies, procedures, techniques, and work methods applicable to assigned Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) systems; knowledge of sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance or advice to Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) supply and system problems; knowledge of policies and procedures for requisitioning and issuing materials and maintaining control of system privileges; knowledge of procedures and precautions to be taken in the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) distribution and operation, to meet required security and safety standards; knowledge of theories and principles of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning, development, and execution sufficient to coordinate and-integrate functions into a total, well structured, and viable program; knowledge of specialized analytical methods and techniques to resolve difficult inventory management issues and problems; and budgeting, procurement, and funding processes related to inventory management functions; knowledge of military aircraft load plans for various materials; and knowledge of transportation of hazardous cargo by various modes of transportation. Note: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.

I have less than the full amount of specialized experience required but I have more than 2 years of graduate level education with a major or subject area related to the position to be filled. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:

1. Thorough knowledge of inventory management regulations, policies, procedures, techniques, and work methods applicable to assigned Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) systems. Knowledge of sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance or advice to Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) supply and system problems. Knowledge of policies and procedures for requisitioning and issuing materials and maintaining control of system privileges.
2. Knowledge of procedures and precautions to be taken in the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) distribution and operation, to meet required security and safety standards. Knowledge of Tier 1 and Tier 2 operations, including knowledge of the systems used to execute all tasks, including the procedures, processes and policy that must be followed.
3. Knowledge of requirements to interact with requesters, verify or obtain correct information, and operate the Tier 1 System to effect the required short title changes and key material distribution actions. Knowledge of theories and principles of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning, development, and execution sufficient to coordinate and-integrate functions into a total, well structured, and viable program.
4. Skill to interpret, adapt, and apply Logistic guidelines as it pertains to assigned specializations and functions; and to independently analyze and resolve difficult inventory management issues and problems, and to consider and apply several alternatives.
5. Knowledge of specialized analytical methods and techniques to resolve difficult inventory management issues and problems; and budgeting, procurement, and funding processes related to inventory management functions. Knowledge of military aircraft load plans for various materials. Knowdedge of transportation of hazardous cargo by various modes of transportation.
6. Knowledge of applicable customer service standards and ability to maintain good working relations. Ability to plan work and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
7. Ability to safely operate forklift trucks.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT CONT.

Security: Position is designated special-sensitive and requires eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
