Responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents related to securitization, structured finance, and structured products
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex matters
- Stay updated on regulatory and market developments in the capital markets industry

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in which the position will be located
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills
- Interest or experience in capital markets, securitization, structured finance, or structured products preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Information:
- Anticipated annual base salary range of $100,000 to $110,000
- Actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location
