The successful candidate will have five or more years of experience litigating and counseling clients on a full range of employment law issues. This experience should include litigating various employment issues, such as discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, before government agencies, state, and federal courts. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing and Transportation business unit.

The ideal candidate should have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure.
