Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney

Experience Information:
- Minimum 2+ years of personal injury/premises liability experience required
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
- Law degree (. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with State Bar Association (AZ required, CA a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation to trial
- Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
- Guide plaintiff clients through the case process
- Interact with expert witnesses and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
