The Law Firm is looking to hire a mid-level corporate associate to join their award-winning Life Sciences team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, such as venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and private and public offerings of securities. Experience working with life sciences companies is preferred, but the group will also consider candidates with an interest in life sciences work.

The successful candidate must have general experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently, along with outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
