Duties

  • Handle a wide range of business, real estate, and land use matters.
  • Manage commercial and residential real estate transactions, disputes, and litigation.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients on corporate, commercial, and business law matters.
  • Represent clients in business negotiations, including contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business and real estate goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to business, real estate, and land use.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in business law, with a preference for candidates with commercial and/or residential real estate experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree required.

Certifications

  • Active state Bar License in good standing required.
