The Legal Aid Society is seeking Supervising Attorneys for their Criminal Defense Practice's Trial Division in various locations throughout New York City. These attorneys will provide high-quality representation to clients facing misdemeanor, felony, and homicide charges. They will also have the opportunity to train and mentor interdisciplinary teams and work closely with social workers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in public defense and a demonstrated commitment to social and racial justice. Salary for this position ranges from $88,057 to $144,564 and the organization offers a generous benefits package.
