Law Firm seeks Subrogation & Recovery Department Attorney Law Firm is looking for an experienced attorney to join its Subrogation & Recovery Department in the Miami, Atlanta, or Charlotte office. This is an excellent opportunity to join an AmLaw 100 firm and work in a 9-5 role without the pressure of billable hours! The successful candidate will have at least four years of experience handling insurance claims, construction claims, or commercial litigation. Excellent interpersonal, research and writing skills are essential, and a license in good standing in the resident state is required. South Carolina license a plus! The Subrogation & Recovery Department Attorney will have a variety of responsibilities, including: • Evaluating and handling large property claims • Coordinating the investigation, retention and management of experts • Identifying potential theories of liability • Client reporting • Triage large losses and close those that are nonviable with client approval • Identifying claims with an appropriate factual and legal basis for pursuit of recovery • Litigating subrogation claims Salary and Benefits Law Firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience.
