Public Finance Counsel - San Antonio

Bracewell is seeking a Counsel to join the Public Finance multi-family housing practice in our San Antonio office. The ideal candidate will have nine or more years of experience in public finance, tax credits and/or real estate finance working as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and/or developer/borrower counsel. Experience working with state and local governments, underwriters and banks in connection with tax-exempt financing or tax credits is a plus. This position will also involve some general real estate and corporate governance practice.

The ideal candidate will have nine or more years of experience in public finance, tax credits and/or real estate finance working as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and/or developer/borrower counsel.
