Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 2 years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense. Should have demonstrated litigation experience including attending court hearings, arbitration, and mediations and in taking and defending depositions as well as in drafting discovery and contractual agreements. Strong writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and opposing counsel are required. Trial experience is desired.
