# Real Estate Associate at Law Firm

## Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

- Three to seven years of experience in real estate law
- Top academic credentials
- Excellent writing skills
- A superior work ethic
- The ability to think strategically
- The desire to undertake complex transactions
- Massachusetts bar membership or the ability to waive in

## Responsibilities

The Real Estate Associate will have the opportunity to:

- Represent borrowers and lenders in acquisitions and dispositions
- Handle land use, construction and permanent financings
- Negotiate commercial leasing
- Work with title, land use permitting, design and construction contracts, condominiums and affordable housing finance

## Salary

Salary is commensurate with experience.
