## Responsibilities

The Real Estate Associate will have the opportunity to:

- Represent borrowers and lenders in acquisitions and dispositions
- Handle land use, construction and permanent financings
- Negotiate commercial leasing
- Work with title, land use permitting, design and construction contracts, condominiums and affordable housing finance

## Salary

Salary is commensurate with experience.
