We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bankruptcy Associate with in business bankruptcy matters to join our renowned law firm. Our firm specializes in a broad range of business restructuring and bankruptcy cases, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our collegial group of bankruptcy partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bankruptcy law and litigation, with a proven track record of success in handling complex cases. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of experienced bankruptcy partners on a variety of business restructuring and bankruptcy cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Participate in all aspects of discovery, including document review and production
- Attend court hearings and depositions as needed
- Collaborate with clients and other parties involved in the case

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- in business bankruptcy matters
- Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures
- Experience in bankruptcy litigation is a plus
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary Information:
- Competitive salary range: $210,000-$230,000 per year
- Additional bonuses and incentives based on performance
