This is a partnership-track position that offers hands-on mentorship, collaboration, and increased responsibility in a diverse range of matters. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with all aspects of litigation on complex commercial matters in state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings and motions
- Counsel clients
- Work with expert witnesses and opposing counsel
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear in court
- Supervise and mentor junior associates
- Participate in firm activities and training and development opportunities

Location:

Our Houston office is located in the heart of downtown, and our litigation practice group is collaborative. Associates may also have the opportunity to work with attorneys in our Austin and Dallas offices.
