Job Description:

- The Senior Paralegal will support contract preparation and administration for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Brea, California.
- This position is part of the Legal Department and will be hybrid, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work.
- The Senior Paralegal will work with the Legal Transactional Team and report to the Manager of Legal.
- Responsibilities include drafting various standard contracts, engaging with internal customers to discuss contract terms, and maintaining a library of forms and resources.
- The Senior Paralegal will also conduct legal research as needed and apply problem-solving skills and judgment to manage corporate risk.
- Essential requirements for the job include a BA/BS degree and paralegal certificate, 8+ years of experience with contracts, and the ability to collaborate with business units and apply analytical skills.
- Previous experience in contract support for a medical device company and knowledge of anti-kickback, HIPAA, clinical research, and medical device industry is a plus.
