We are looking for an experienced Mid Level Associate or Senior Level Attorney to join our Insurance Coverage team in Miami/Fort Lauderdale. This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work on high-profile insurance coverage matters in the United States and Bermuda.

As an Associate or Attorney in our Insurance Coverage team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of insurance coverage matters, including third-party coverage and litigation. Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, taking and defending depositions, and court appearances.
- Conducting legal research and writing, including drafting briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.
- Communicating with clients and providing updates on case status and developments.
- Collaborating with other team members and attorneys on case strategy and management.
- Attending hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of insurance coverage laws and regulations.
- Providing excellent client service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assisting with business development and marketing efforts for the Insurance Coverage department.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance/insurance coverage litigation.
- Licensed to practice in Florida.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing abilities.
- Practical case management experience in both state and federal courts.
- Knowledge of third-party insurance coverage matters and litigation preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines.
- Experience with business development and marketing preferred.
