Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor from a top-ranked law school is required.
- Familiarity with various trade regulations such as EAR, ITAR, OFAC, FTR, and CFIUS is necessary.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in international trade laws and regulations is preferred.
- Knowledge of the banking system, logistics, e-commerce, or AI technology is a plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, Russian, or Arabic is preferred.
- Must be licensed in one of the 50 . states or District of Columbia.
- Willingness to travel internationally on short notice is required.
- Able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when working with clients and government regulators.
- Attention to detail is a must.
