A Day in the Life:

- As a Litigation Associate, you will have flexibility, practical business sense, and tireless advocacy.
- You will work closely with clients in the gaming industry, including casino gaming, sports betting, iGaming, and fantasy sports.
- Your background should include at least 3 years of experience in a mid-size to large law firm setting.
- Experience in gaming regulatory matters is preferred, and tribal gaming space experience is a plus.
- You should have strong oral and written advocacy skills and be able to handle case management.
- Admittance to practice in a state where Nelson Mullins has an office is required.

We Know You:

- At least 3 years of experience representing clients in the gaming industry.
- Mid-size to large law firm experience.
- Gaming regulatory experience preferred.
- Tribal gaming space experience a plus.
- Excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Admitted to practice in a state where Nelson Mullins has an office.
