As a Compliance Manager at Elevance Health, you will be responsible for managing compliance responsibilities in a consistent and effective manner. This includes managing projects, audits, and investigations, as well as maintaining knowledge of laws and regulations and consulting with clients. This position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy, and a BA/BS degree.

This role offers a salary range of $89,460 to $127,800, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects, audits, and investigations with consistent excellence
- Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations and consult with clients as a subject matter expert
- Conduct investigations and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Interface with external clients, regulators, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Develop project plans, gap analysis, and milestone dates
- Provide leadership updates and reports on compliance activities

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Regulatory change management experience preferred
- Legal training or experience researching and analyzing federal or state laws
- Familiarity with laws governing health care and insurance industry
- Strong writing skills
- MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred

Salary Information:

- Salary range of $89,460 to $127,800
