The Position: As an Employment Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to defend and litigate a variety of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. You will represent clients in court, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration, and will provide advice and counsel on labor and employment laws and regulations. This position offers a dynamic mix of hands-on experience and legal research and writing. Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have a JD from an ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials. We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of litigation experience, preferably with a background in employment law. You must also have an active CO bar admission or the ability to obtain admission quickly. Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who are committed to professionalism, teamwork, and excellence in all aspects of their work. Salary and Benefits: The expected salary range for this position is between $146,500 and $188,000, with the actual compensation being determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
