Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP is seeking motivated and experienced Litigation Associates to join our Real Estate and Business and Litigation Practice Groups in San Francisco. We are looking for candidates with 3 to 5 years of prior experience in handling large scale commercial real estate litigation.

We value excellent writing, research, and analytical skills and are committed to creating a culture of inclusion at our firm. As such, we offer a hybrid work arrangement option and an annual telecommute budget to support remote work. Our billable hour requirement is 1850 and we provide competitive health insurance benefits, a 401(k) with a partial match, and annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses.

At Burke, new associates are assigned an "Associate Buddy" to assist with their transition and our robust DEI Committee runs various programs, including a Mentor Circles program, Education Program, and Civic Engagement Program to support our attorneys' personal and professional growth. Our pro bono program also offers up to 40 hours of billable credit for associates to contribute in meaningful ways.
