A law firm in Cottonwood  Heights is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Attorney to serve as a business advisor, providing comprehensive legal guidance throughout clients' life cycles. This role offers the opportunity for direct client interaction, business development, and significant responsibility in handling complex real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a minimal portable book of business and have expertise in various real estate areas.

 

Duties:

  • Serve as a business advisor to clients, offering legal guidance across a full spectrum of matters.
  • Manage all aspects of complex real estate transactions for clients of varying sizes and industries.
  • Gained direct client interaction and business development experience, and took significant responsibility for complex legal matters.
  • Preferably bring a minimal portable book of business.
  • Handle complex real estate developments, financing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial lease transactions, zoning, land use, and condominium matters.

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of real estate or related transactional law experience
  • . from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Experience in complex real estate developments, financing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial lease transactions, zoning, land use, and condominiums
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the state of Utah or eligibility for admission.
