  • Product defect and failure claims

  • Catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases

  • Pharmaceutical or medical device litigation

  • MDLs, consolidated actions, or bellwether trials

  • Scientific or medical expert coordination

  • Motion practice, depositions, and trial support

  • Direct client interaction and case development

Duties

  • Represent plaintiffs injured by defective products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods.

  • Develop liability theories, manage discovery, and work closely with scientific or medical experts.

  • Handle depositions, evidentiary motions, hearings, and trial preparation.

  • Work on MDLs, consolidated actions, and bellwether trial teams.

  • Conduct direct client interviews, counseling, and ongoing case strategy.

  • Participate in trial work depending on firm structure and docket needs.

Requirements

  • 1–10+ years of plaintiff personal injury, mass tort, or product liability experience.

  • Strong litigation skills, including writing, research, and oral advocacy.

  • Experience with scientific/medical evidence or expert coordination preferred.

  • Ability to manage heavy caseloads and tight deadlines.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.
