Paralegal Halligan LLC is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our team. As a paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work on complex family law cases in Colorado while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work position. Job Description The paralegal will be responsible for assisting the legal team in preparing legal documents, filing motions, coordinating law office activity, and conducting legal research. Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications: Minimum 1 year of Family Law Paralegal experience under a Colorado Family Law Attorney Knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure applicable to domestic litigation, court procedure, and deadlines Wickedly attentive to details and proactive communication Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program strongly preferred ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills Strong oral and written communication skills Compensation The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $80,000 yearly.
