Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their case and show compassion and empathy.
- Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.
- Prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.
- Use superb negotiation skills to achieve the most favorable outcome for clients.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Work collaboratively with a team to achieve success.

Requirements & Skills:
- 6 or more years of litigation experience.
- Member of the Illinois Bar and in good standing.
- Experience in evaluating claims.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Team-oriented mindset.
