Shulman Rogers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our team at our full-service law firm. With over 100 attorneys and multiple branch offices, we are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our national, regional, and local clients.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents for commercial real estate transactions, such as leases, purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and more.
- Manage due diligence materials, review and prepare title objections, conduct closings, and complete post-closing documentation and administration.
- Monitor agreements with developers and assist with necessary conditions prior to disbursement and payments.
- Provide support to senior level attorneys and staff members.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on commercial and transactional real estate.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with various clients.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with iManage is a plus.
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively, while balancing multiple tasks and priorities with professionalism and a client-oriented approach.
