Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiating and drafting real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, and more
- Collaborating with our team of lawyers, land use planners, real estate brokers, and business strategy consultants
- Working on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and more
- Providing excellent legal advice and counsel to clients
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements:

- Minimum of three years of experience in real estate transactions
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and proactively
- Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice
