Job Title: Commercial Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)
Salary: $295,000 - $345,000 (depending on experience)
Experience: 4-5 years of plaintiffs and defense side litigation experience, Judicial Clerkship experience preferred, working fluency in Spanish preferred

Steptoe LLP, a leading law firm, is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join their team in either Los Angeles or Century City. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated attorney to work on a variety of high-profile cases and take on significant responsibility in their matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting motions and pleadings
- Handling fact and expert discovery
- Engaging in deposition and trial preparation
- Conducting depositions, cross examinations, and other oral advocacy
- Managing matters and taking on front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Collaborating with lawyers from other practice groups, including Investigations and White-Collar, International Arbitration, Financial Services, and Consumer Products

Requirements:
- California bar membership
- 4-5 years of plaintiffs and defense side litigation experience
- Judicial Clerkship experience preferred
- Working fluency in Spanish preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
