Associate Attorney
The candidate will be joining a boutique full-service law firm and assist in meeting the needs of growing practice. Responsibilities includes, communicate with clients from the inception of the litigation to post judgment proceedings. Involve in draft pleadings, correspondence, and agreements, and handle divorce matters from start to finish including, participating in ADR, and negotiating property settlement agreements. Build up client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.

Qualification and Experience The candidate must be a member of the New Jersey Bar in good standing. Must have experience of handling divorce claims. It is crucial to have knowledge of and willingness to learn New Jersey Divorce and Family law. Excellent legal research and writing skills, strong oral advocacy skills, and high attention to detail with the ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced practice are important.
