Raleigh office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The candidate will assist partners with case analysis, discovery, and trial. Will analyze and investigate litigation matters. Develop arguments including researching applicable Caselaw. Assist in all phases of litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking and defending depositions, and participation at trial. Prepare and review motions, briefs, and discovery. Report to partners and clients regarding case status. Active North Carolina Bar license is required.
