This position is part of the firm-wide Public Company Advisors Team, and the associate will work in a collaborative environment as part of a dynamic multi-office team representing the firm's public company and other clients.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic credentials
• At least three years of corporate and securities experience in a large regional or national law firm
• Experience with 1933 Act equity and debt securities offerings and 1934 Act matters, including proxy statements, periodic reporting on Forms 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q, and Section 16 reporting
• Experience advising issuers on public company corporate governance matters
• Strong understanding of national securities exchange regulations
• Understanding of key principles of executive and director compensation
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Enthusiasm for general corporate counseling, ranging from ordinary course public company activities to significant transactions
• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are located or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible

Salary & Benefits

The national average salary range for this Associate role is $205,000-$305,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications and experience.
