- Conduct complex investigations, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Interface with external clients, regulators, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations and consult as a subject matter expert
- Establish project plans, gap analysis, and milestone dates
- Conduct audit training and assess audit preparedness
- Provide leadership updates on project progress
- Monitor and assess the impact of regulatory changes
- Conduct research and analysis of federal and state laws
- Maintain familiarity with laws governing healthcare and insurance industry
- Utilize strong writing skills for various compliance-related tasks
- Collaborate with high-level management on compliance strategies

Requirements:
- BA/BS and minimum of 6 years of healthcare, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy experience
- Legal training or experience is a plus
- Familiarity with laws governing healthcare and insurance industry
- Strong writing skills
- MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred
