- Manage discovery process, including depositions and expert witness preparation

- Attend hearings and argue motions
- Assist partners with trial preparation and support

Qualifications:

- Strong legal research and writing skills with a writing sample required
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in civil litigation, including deposition
- Judicial clerkship experience (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to take on significant responsibility and work well in a team
- High academic credentials from a respected law school
