The Department of Health is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Attorney to join our Prosecution Services Unit. As a Senior Attorney, you will play a crucial role in enforcing state laws and administrative rules related to healthcare professions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience. Remote assignments are available in various investigative field office locations including Pensacola, Alachua, Jacksonville, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Orlando. This position is open for two months and will be used to fill vacancies as they occur in the Prosecution Services Unit.
