Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Paralegal in Oklahoma City

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications

Fox Rothschild LLP is a highly reputable and growing law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Oklahoma City. This is a full-time position, with the primary responsibilities of supporting attorneys during all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and support. The ideal candidate will have prior trial experience and a minimum of five years of paralegal experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Compiling, preparing, and summarizing relevant materials for use by attorneys in discovery
- Indexing, tracking, and controlling case related materials
- Reviewing documents for relevance and inclusion in case file
- Assisting with the preparation of court filings
- Reviewing documents for relevance and privilege
- Tracking and controlling document discovery
- Coordinating trial set-up and logistics
- Summarizing depositions and other transcripts
- Working closely with attorneys and clients during all phases of litigation

Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide outstanding customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proven ability to conduct independent research
- Understanding of financial accounts and tax forms

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Associate's degree or paralegal certificate with five years of comparable work experience required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work with different clients and legal teams
- High level of productivity and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This position operates in a clerical, office setting and requires the use of standard office equipment. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
