Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to discuss their case and show compassion and empathy
- Provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies
- Attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations
- Evaluate claims and negotiate on behalf of clients

Requirements & Skills:

- 2+ years of litigation experience, First Party Property Damage experience preferred
- Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Knowledge of evaluating claims and superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team-oriented mindset
