Job Title: Associate Senior Legal Counsel, Employment Law Job Location: San Jose, California or San Francisco, California The Challenge We are seeking an experienced employment attorney to join our global Employment Legal Team as an Associate Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Americas Employment Law and provide legal support for our growing Americas region. You will work closely with our Employee Experience organization and other teams within the Legal, Security & Policy organization. What You Will Do - Be an active member of the Global Employment Legal Team, providing support for our Employee Experience teams in the ., Canada, and Latin America - Be highly engaged at our San Jose headquarters (preferred) or San Francisco office (with regular days in San Jose) - Offer solutions-focused, risk-based legal guidance on all aspects of employment law, including complex employee relations matters, diversity and inclusion initiatives, harassment prevention strategies, and employment policies - Stay informed about emerging legal issues and trends - Build relationships and collaborate with other team members on global projects and issues - Oversee employment claims and litigation matters when needed What You Need To Succeed - Active license to practice law in the ., preferably in California, and 7-10 years of experience in employment law at a reputable law firm or in-house at a multi-national company - Excellent judgment, communication skills (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple issues and projects - Self-starter who can prioritize in a fast-paced global environment - Approachable, easy-going, and flexible with a sense of humor - Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives - Willingness to work in the office 3 days a week and travel as needed Salary Information Our compensation is based on the cost of labor in various . markets, and we offer different pay levels based on location. The pay range for this position is $136,500 to $261,000 annually. Pay may vary based on location and job-related knowledge and experience. At Adobe, sales roles have a total target compensation that includes base salary and commission. Non-sales roles have a base salary and short-term incentives through the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
